The science of Applied Behaviour Analysis

Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) is a way of understanding why we do the things we do and how the environment affects our actions.

Behaviour therapy uses proven strategies to help children and adults build important skills, such as talking, socialising, learning, and becoming more independent in daily life. It also helps reduce behaviours that may be harmful or get in the way, like self-injury or aggression.

We focus on teaching skills that truly matter for everyday life, in a way that is ethical, supportive, and designed to create long-lasting positive changes.
