Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) is a scientific approach to understanding behaviour. It refers to a set of principles that focus on how behaviours change, or are affected by the environment.
ABA therapy refers to a set of strategies and interventions that focus on improving behaviours such as communication and language skills, social skills, adaptive skills, self - help skills, and academic skills. It aims to reduce undesired behaviours that are challenging or harmful like self- injurious behaviours and property destruction.
We use ABA interventions and strategies that are ethical and evidence based promoting long life skills that produce long lasting change and positive outcomes.
Our trained ABA professionals have experience supporting SEND children in schools, in homes and in the community. We value partnership working with parents and other professionals in order to support your child’s learning.
We have a range of experiences dealing with problem behaviours related to self-stimulation, eating, toileting, communication, social interactions, play skills, adaptive skills and academic skills.
